Founded in June 2010, WiTH Collective is an agency that has been 10 years in the making.

The idea was originally discussed a decade earlier, in a long conversation between founders Dominque Hind (nee Layton) and now husband, Justin Hind.

However, the idea remained just that while Dom and Justin individually led some of the most respected Direct and Digital departments in Australia.

And they waited for technology to catch up.

Fundamental to what sets WiTH apart thought, is the way of working: doing so in total partnership with clients and colleagues alike. That way decisions are faster, trust is higher, and the courage to innovate happens more often.

Today, both founders work in the business every single day, the latest technology is used to deliver better brand outcomes, and there exists the highest level of transparency and collaboration.
